With more than a decade in the industry, she has mastered both classic mixology and high-energy flair bartending, building a reputation as one of the most skilled and versatile bartenders in the region.
Her passion for the craft has taken her across the country, where she traveled to compete, train, and collaborate with some of the industry’s most respected professionals. Through her travels, she expanded her technique, developed her own signature style, and earned recognition for the way she blends performance artistry with refined cocktail execution.
In 2025, she reached a major milestone in her career by winning the Bar Boss competition, showcasing her ability to lead, create, and preform under pressure. Her victory earned widespread attention and ultimately secured her a feature on the cover of Food & Beverage Magazine- a powerful testament to her talent, dedication, and influence within the hospitality world.
As the oldest of four, Marisa has naturally become a leader within her family and the industry. Her dedication and success have inspired her three younger siblings to follow in her footsteps, each building their own careers within hospitality and bartending. In addition to her work with Holt Hospitality, Marisa is a bartender at Sunrise in Margate and the Windrift in Avalon, where she continues to refine her craft and connect with guests on a daily basis. Her influence extends far beyond accolades- she has created a path for her siblings, set the standard for professionalism and passion, and shown what it means to work hard, stay committed, and grow in an industry she loves,
